Osteopathy is a safe and natural approach to health care. The main emphasis is on the structural integrity of the body. Treatments aim to relieve the symptoms of discomfort whilst seeking to identify the cause. Osteopaths have a highly developed sense of touch and use their hands to investigate the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. Working on the physical frame can also help the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the person. 

We are Atlanta and Paul Kyte, based in the village of Lower Heyford, 12 miles north of Oxford and 5 miles west of Bicester. There is plenty of parking on the street and we regularly have patients come from Oxford as it is often quicker and easier to get to us than to other clinics in town.  We like to promote a relaxed but professional environment, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town.
